This home was designed by Thomas J. Moore of Nashville, this private home was built in 1903 for Charles & Alabama Byrn. The residence was occupied by members of the Byrn family until the death of their daughter Annie in 1994 (Mrs. B. Earl Roberts, Sr.). The residence was sold to Major General & Mrs. Louis Ferraro, Jr. in 1996.
