ALL Properties are up for bid at one time.
High bidder has the first choice of Properties. (They can pick more than one)
ON LOCATION back up bidder has next choice at the same high bid price of any remaining properties. If high bidder DOES NOT pick ANY OF THE REMAINING Properties we will continue the auction with any remaining properties until we have a bid on every property.
ON LOCATION back up bidder is not obligated to pick.
